Marvel’s Spider-Man Full Walkthrough: Collision Course
At noon, Sable agents hope to transport Dr. Michaels, the man who carries the only sample of the Devil’s Breath, to a new shelter. Having arrived at the place, Spider-Man will witness the sheer incompetence and unpreparedness of mercenaries.
As soon as Michaels gets in the car, a huge armored troop carrier arrives at the scene from a side street. The scheme and components of this carrier were previously seen in the Tombstone workshop. As a result of aggressive actions, the scientist and the Devil’s Breath will get into the hands of Mr. Negative.
Your task is to catch up with the armored vehicle which escapes from the hands of the police and Sables. Also, you should try to stop it while keeping the sample of the Devil’s Breath intact. It is easier said than done: follow the vehicle, dodging missiles and shots, until you have the opportunity to jump onto the roof of the car.
Once at the top, get rid of the rocketeer – he won’t hesitate to shoot himself (and you) at the feet – and then deal with shooters and other demons. Impact web and electric web gadgets are great for dropping enemies from the vehicle without effort.
Once you have dealt with the first group of bandits, enemy cars will appear. Gangsters will lean out of them and will start shooting you and others. Before you can go and deal with Li, you’ll need to take care of these guys.
Strangely enough, it’s a rather easy task: use web attack (‘’triangle’’) to climb the roof of the car and basic attack (‘’square’’) to eliminate the shooter. After this, Spider-Man will get back into the air and you’ll be able to repeat the procedure with the second car.
By the time you have dealt with both cars, a demon with a grenade launcher and a demon with a whip will get on the roof of the armored carrier. The fastest and easiest way to deal with this enemy is to slip under him (attack + dodge) and kick him in the back.
The alternative way is to use the perfect dodge (avoid the attack at the last moment). Spider-Man will automatically throw a handful of webs at the enemy’s face, making him defenseless for a few moments. Wrap the whip man in the web and throw him off the car, use impact web or any other gadget of your choice.
Having dealt with the bandit who had a rocket launcher, the protagonist will move to the cabin – Mr. Negative will try to kill Spider-Man with a pistol. Dodge the bullet by timely pressing the ‘’circle’’ – the confrontation will move to the door of the cabin. The door will not hold, and you’ll slip off under the carrier.
Improvised sleds won’t last long – as soon as possible, move the sight with the left stick to the designated area on the screen and press R1. As a result of your manipulation, Spider-Man will get back to this cabin, but Mr. Negative has prepared an unpleasant surprise for the hero.
The villain grabs the protagonist by the hand and teleports him to the distorted version of the square in front of the town hall, where the recent tragedy occurred. Follow Li until he suggests that Spider-Man wears a demonic mask and becomes one of them. Instead, grab the mask (L1+R1) and throw it at Mr. Negative.
The villain will summon two dozen fragile enemies which are neutralized with a single blow – just dodge their attacks. In the course of the battle, Li will summon new enemies including swordsmen. They can be defeated as easily as the rest of the ‘’shadows’’.
Look around so that you do not fall under the energy wave of the enemies and do not forget to use the suit function to accumulate focus – two full charges are used to instantly finish off a swordsman. When few enemies are left on the arena, Mr. Negative will appear in the center and will start attacking Spider-Man from a distance.
There’s no sense to deal with the remaining ‘’shadows'’ and dodge Li’s ‘’shots’’, so rush to Li and try to hit the villain. Do not let him distort Spider-man (otherwise the game will end) – quickly press on the ‘’square’’ until the opponent throws you away and teleports to the town hall.
Mr. Negative will summon a giant demon mask which will begin to send fiery shells at you. They fly slowly and can be launched (L1+R1) towards the ‘’sender’’. After five accurate hits, the battle will be over. However, it’s not that easy (as usual).
Together with the mask, a demonic fighter with the whip will also appear on the arena. It is easier to eliminate him in comparison to his colleagues from the real world. This ‘’version’ does not block attacks and gadgets, so you can use impact web to throw him away and continue your business.
If you neutralize him, several ‘’shadows’’ will appear – they are bothersome, so deal with them before you return to the mask. Finally, the mask will fall apart due to damage done, while you return to reality and escape from Li’s hands.
Timely press L2 and R2 to stop the carrier (and simultaneously smash several streets). By the time Spider-Man comes back to this senses, demons, Mr. Negative and the Devil’s Breath sample won’t be around. However, you’ll see a healthy Dr. Michaels and an extremely embarrassed Sable’s boss.
The scientist will advise the mercenary to visit Norman Osborn (after all, his invention is in wrong hands) and will offer to go with her, leaving Spider-Man alone with his thoughts. However, it’s early to despair – the heroes will deal with Li in the very near future. For the completion of this mission, you’ll get 3000 experience points.
