Marvel’s Spider-Man Full Walkthrough: Back to School
Right after the first (out of many) challenge, Mary Jane contacts Peter and shares a photo of three university professors in costumes of main enemies of Spider-Man – Vulture, Lizard, and Mysterio. Someone from this trio is a scientist of Oscorp who is hunted by the demons.
Go to the Halloween party held at the local university. Many guests are dressed as Spider-Man, so it won’t be difficult to merge with the crowd – you have a suitable outfit. Move forward and look around until you find the entrance to the Devil’s Hall of Mysterio Mirrors.
Talk to the ‘’villain’’ – one of the three characters from the picture that was sent by MJ – he will immediately run away to his labyrinth. As a result of a short ‘’fight’’, a week-long work of Dr. Stratton – a copy of Mysterio’s mirror helmet – will fall on the floor, and you’ll understand that you have caught the wrong guy. We must continue our search.
Once in the street, Spider-Man will notice ‘’Vulture’’ who is throwing sweets from the top of the arbor. The hero won’t use the web in a public place as it will attract unnecessary attention, so you’ll have to use your legs to get to ‘’Vulture’’. An improvised ramp to the right of the mirror room will suit you well in your endeavor.
Having pressed R2, get to the ‘’villain’’ – this is also not Dr. Delaney. The scientist is currently having fun on the dance floor in a Lizard suit. It’s time to talk to him – jump to the ground and run to the target. Once you reach the mirror hall, turn to the right, to the disco.
A ‘’Rhino’’ will stick to Spider-Man at the entrance. While you’ll be trying to get rid of him, two demons will take Dr. Delaney away. You cannot waste any time so when the costumed monster rushes at the hero, quickly press ‘’■’’ to liberate yourself from his grip.
Having dealt with the ‘’Rhino’’, run to the scientific center to which Delaney was dragged and climb to the second floor. Get inside using the window – the scientist is brought to the lab, but Spider-Man will have to clean the lobby first as demons took several students as hostages.
Having jumped to the first floor, disarm the thug with a sharp shot from the ejector and get ready to a fight. Two melee fighters, a shooter with a pistol and a fighter with a whip will be against you. There are many interactive objects around the foyer, so don’t hesitate to use them in battle.
First, neutralize (or at least disarm) the enemy with the firearm, and then try to throw something heavy at the enemy with the whip. Having stunned the villain, nail him to the wall using your web and finish off unarmed opponents.
After the fight, get into the ventilation – the entrance is located above the door, behind which Delaney disappeared. Crawl forward until you see a switchboard ahead of you. Use electric web to reboot it and eliminate the light in the lab. Knock out at least three demons from above before jumping down – this is done in places suitable for descent.
If no one has noticed your actions until now, you’ll be able to knock out another demon ‘’for free’’ at the beginning of the battle. Bandits won’t be able to tolerate this impudence anymore and will get ready to a fight. Many interactive objects are scattered across the lab – don’t be afraid to use them.
There are not many enemies in the arena, but the absence of a good source of light will complicate your task. Try to take cold weapons and firearms from your enemies as soon as possible – there’ll be no mini-bosses this time – and do not forget to use gadgets.
By the time you have cleaned up the room, Dr. Delaney won’t be around. Get out through the window and crawl down the wall to the green tentacles – the scientist is led along the corridor. Follow your target until it disappears in the back room. You can get there through the vent just above the window.
Nothing good awaits Spider-Man inside: using his abilities, Martin Li brainwashes Delaney and forces him not only to reveal the name of the Oscorp employee who is engaged in the project ‘’The Devil’s Breath’’, but also to commit suicide.
By the time the main character recovers from the consequences of the negative energy explosion provoked by Martin Li (aka Mr. Negative), only four demonic shooters are present in the room. If you are lucky, you’ll be able to nail to the wall at least three of them using your web.
If you did not do so, try to stun or disarm your opponents. In the other case, you’ll be met with a powerful crossfire and most likely suffer damage to your health. You should deal with the shooters as fast as possible as soon a few more demons will join the battle.
A brute will be among the reinforcement – try to immediately stun him or wrap him in the web. In the other case, he will use his double ground attack with an explosive wave – this trick could be extremely dangerous in the limited space.
Once you are done with the enemies, run into the street – Mr. Negative used his power to damage the minds of the party visitors, so you’ll have to fight your way out. Fortunately, most party people are bad at fighting, so you don’t need to spend the focus charge on them. You’ll be able to knock them out in two or three hits.
The final ‘’boss’’ of this location is the ‘’Rhino’’. Just like any brute in the game, this one is vulnerable to interactive objects and web wrapping. Having dealt enough damage to this enemy, Spider-Man will climb on him and leave the party.
Unfortunately, Martin Li’s trail has long vanished. Nevertheless, the hero has learned something useful from this adventure – the name of his next target. You’ll get 3000 experience points for the completion of this mission.
