Control Main Story Walkthrough
Control tells the story of Jesse Faden who arrived at the Federal Bureau of Control (FBC) to find her brother Dylan. In order to increase immersion into the story of the game, developers added many collectibles which are divided into four categories – ‘‘Case Files’’, ‘’Correspondence’’ (later referred to as documents), ‘’Multimedia’’ (later referred to as audio and video records) and ‘’Research & Records’’ (later referred to as notes). Each file has its own name and contains some important and interesting information. In our walkthrough, we’ll briefly indicate the location of such files without mentioning their specific names.
Following the introductory video, go through the checkpoint on the right and pick up the first document. Climb the stairs and enter the room on the left where you’ll find a note on the file cabinet. Follow the corridor along the offices. In one of the offices on the left, you’ll find a document on the table. Another one could be found in the neighboring office, on the coffee table. Go ahead and talk to the janitor.
Welcome to the Oldest House
Go back to the hall and use the elevator on the left. Upon arrival, find a document in the office on the left. Pay attention to the door on the right side. To access the room, you’ll need a key card. There’s a number at the top – ‘’01’’. Thus, you’ll need the key card level 1. Later, you’ll find many such doors. Only a small number of them opens as you go along the storyline, while you’ll have to return to the remaining doors once you have found the key card. Typically, you’ll find a collectible item and a container with some upgrade or resource behind these doors. Go forward and see the door to the director’s office. Do not hurry. Instead, come to the wall on the left to pick up a document from the stand.
Enter the director’s office and pick up the gun. This is the Service Weapon – your first Object of Power. When you find such objects, you’ll get some superpowers. In this case, you have found a pistol that charges over time (it does not need ammo). Complete a simple weapon tutorial. Use the V key to attack in close combat.
Tip. The gun reloads automatically when you do not use it. At the same time, if you run out of ammo, you’ll have to wait until the full recharge is completed — you will be vulnerable all this time. Thus, we do not recommend spending all your ammo – stop shooting when you still have 1-2 bullets.
Go out of the director’s office and move forward until opponents attack you. They are called Hiss Guards. Examine a huge office hall. In the office on the right side, you’ll find a document. Move further along the corridor and find a similar office with a tape recorder. Turn it on to listen to an audio record. Also, find another part of the big office with many desks. At the very end, on the stand on the left, you’ll find a document. Open the door of the shelter to find a container with a modification for the weapon and a document. Later, we’ll only indicate the location of the containers without revealing their contents.
Get out and go through the door on the right. You’ll get into Central Executive. In the office on the right side, you’ll find a document and a note. Move forward and jump over the railing. Defeat all opponents. In addition to ordinary guards, you’ll face the Hiss Ranger. He has much more health so kill ordinary opponents and collect items to increase your health.
Hide behind a cover and do not forget about the possibility to deal a blow in close combat (V key). After the victory, interact with the control point in the center of the room to clear the room of extra blocks. That’s your first fast travel point!
Interact with the intercom and then talk about everything with Pope. You can restart the conversation to ask new questions. Interact with the Bureau employee who is located not far from the control point, but you won’t be able to clear his mind. Talk to Pope again to complete the task and start a new quest. There’s a note and a container in the shelter where Pope was with other Bureau employees.
There’s a container in the board room with Pope. Get out and look at the door on the right. You must follow through this door. Do not hurry! Instead, climb the stairs on the left, walk upstairs and find two containers in two rooms in a row. A note lies in the next office. Continue moving upstairs, turn to the right and walk into the office on the left where you’ll find a container and a document. Finally, there’s another container in the last room.
Go down and walk through the necessary door. You’ll find a container right behind it, on the left side. Descend and enter the office. It contains a container and a document. Enemies are located in the hall on the left side. Go there and descend. Kill all opponents. Beware of Hiss Barrier. If you come close to it, the barrier will explode and deal damage to you. The barrier will disappear as soon as you kill the guards.
There’s a document in the cafeteria lavatory. Come to the shelter door and find a case file on the bench on the right side. Having opened the shelter door, you’ll find an anomaly inside. If you go there, the heroine will die. Leave this place and go through the next door. Use the map which opens with the TAB key.
You will find yourself in the Dead Letters room. Go to the left and pick up a document. Go down a bit, go around the stairs and open a container. There’s another document in the office on the right. For the first time, you’ll face guards with shields. In order to kill them, you’ll have to first destroy the ‘’white strip’’ and then the ‘’yellow strip’’. Defeat all opponents, go up, kill other guards and interact with the control point.
Look on the right and see two doors. One of them leads to the Communications Dept. – that’s where we are heading. However, you should first go through a small door on the right. Interact with the TV to get a new video record. In the middle of the hall, you’ll find two rooms — on the right and on the left. In one of them, you will find a document and a TV. Click on the latter to get a video record. There’s another document in another room.
Go through the double door that leads further. Climb the stairs to find a container. Descend and walk along the corridor. The passage on the left side is blocked. At the end of the corridor, you’ll find a shelter with a container and a document. Go to the place from where the corpse came from.
You’ll see an anomaly in the technical room. That’s another Object of Power that scatters surrounding objects. Hide behind various covers so that flying objects do not hurt you. Walk along the left wall through the room with the container. Leave the room and run to the other side. Go up the stairs and run in the opposite direction. Go down, run to the Object of Power and interact with it. Take the telekinesis tutorial. To grab an item, hold E. To drop it, release this key.
Defeat the opponents that appear in the room. Telekinesis is the best weapon against enemies with shields. Throw any object and then finish off the enemy. Get out of here and kill the Ranger. Now you are free to move on. Go forward and look into the room on the right side. Remove the boxes to find a container. Another container can be found in the office on the left side. Go out into the corridor and go forward until you see a turn to the right. Go past the cabinets and find the stairs. Use it to get to the third floor and go through the door on the right side. You’ll find yourself in a room with computers. Kill all enemies, grab the note and open the container.
Go back and walk along the second level to find a corpse with a key card level 1. In the nearby, on the file cabinet, you’ll find a tape recorder. Turn it on to get an audio record. Open the shelter between the first and the second floors to find a container. There’s a control point on the first floor – interact with it. Open the double door on the first floor using your key card. Here, you’ll be attacked by the first boss.
This enemy will use only one weapon – telekinesis. He will periodically stop when flying across the hall. Shards will appear on both the left and the right side of him. Hide behind any shelters to avoid getting hurt by them. Use the Service Weapon to shoot at him. Do not try to throw objects at him as he will easily dodge your missiles. Instead, use telekinesis to kill other opponents. Ultimately, Tommasi will escape.
Find a document on the first floor. Go up the stairs and go through the door which was used by the boss. A new case file is lying on the floor on the left side. On the dashboard in the center, you’ll find a note and a tape recorder with an audio record. A container is located behind a partition. Go further up the stairs to find a container on the right side. Move into the Hotline Chamber.
A case file lies on the right. Go to the checkpoint and find a note in the file cabinet. Go forward along the corridor and interact with the switch several times until you find yourself at Oceanview motel.
The door on the right side that has an image of a ‘’black pyramid’’ on it is closed. Go forward and ring the bell at the front desk. Go forward past the open room and examine all doors. Go back and interact with the switch two times. Proceed to the end of the corridor and see that the last room on the left is now open. Go there and pick up the key. Use it to open the door with the image of pyramid. Click a couple of times on the switch near the picture.
You will return to the Oldest House, but now you’ll see a bridge in front of you. Walk along the bridge and interact with the phone. Complete the training. Just bypass all strange creatures until you get to the phone. Watch the cutscene. In the journal, you’ll find many records of communication with the director Trench. You can listen to them.
Get out and go to the right. You’ll get to director’s office. Pick up a document from the desk. Go back to board room and talk to Pope. On the large desk, at which the woman sits, you’ll find a note.
From now on, you can acquire various abilities. To do this, interact with any control point. Pay attention to the scale below. By spending ability points, you’ll unlock additional slots for weapon modifications, heroine, a new form of the service weapon, and so on.
In the menu Astral Constructs, you can use the resources you collected to unlock a new form of the service weapon. Here, you’ll also find another section – Board Countermeasures. It contains a list of additional goals which, if completed, will provide you with various bonuses.
You can activate no more than 3 targets simultaneously. Enter the elevator in the Central Executive areaand select the service sector. Having descended, you’ll get a new task – find Ahti the Janitor. Go forward past the level 2 door until you face opponents. Kill them all – you’ll have to deal with two groups. After this, the control point will be active. Interact with it.
Go to the large workshop on the right side and eliminate all enemies. Go forward and get to the janitor’s utility room. Go past the shelves and find a door with the janitor’s poster. There’s a container on the left side. Enter the room and talk to Ahti – he will tell you what to do. You’ll also get the key card level 2.
Open the level 2 door and enter the corridor. Look behind the doors on the right to find a container and a short way back. Move further along the corridor and use the elevator to go down.
There’s a document on the desk in front. Go through the door and find yourself near the NSC Power Plant. Here, you’ll see a new group of FBC employees. Go past the girl in front and enter the room on the right to talk with Arish, the head of security. In the same room, you will find a container and a document. Leave the room and climb a little higher to capture a control point.
From there, go even higher up the stairs, to the center of the room, and see signs. Go to the right and descend near the next sign. Kill all enemies and follow through the door with a giant signboard NSC ENERGY CONVERTERS.
Kill all enemies, capture the control point, and then pay attention to the closed bars. On the right side of the bars, you’ll find a sparkling panel. You’ll also see an orange cube to the right from the panel. Use telekinesis to throw this cube into the panel to the right from the bars.
Go to energy converters. At the beginning of the hall, go up the stairs that are located on the left side and find a note. Having grabbed this note, you’ll activate the task A Good Defense. Move forward, killing enemies, and look into the shelter on the left to find a container. There’s a column in the center. You’ll also see sparkling panels at different levels. There are many orange cubes at this location. Use telekinesis to install such cubes into 3 panels at a different height. As a result, the energy converters will be restarted. You’ll have to kill an opponent along the way. Upstairs, you can hop over the fence to open a container.
Go through the NSC Control Room door. On the stand in front, you’ll find a document, while the door on the right is closed. Use the elevator and return to the first floor. Go up to the central part of the room and go to the right, to the next descent. You are interested in the NSC Coolant Pumps door. Go through it.
Before you do this, you’ll have to kill new enemies, which should be eliminated from a distance as they blow up once they get close to you. Go to the pumps through the door. On the right side, you’ll see a utility room with a container. Eliminate all enemies in the red room and clear the control point.
Tip. If you see enemies with a ‘’plus’’, Hiss Cluster, a dimensional orb is in the nearby – it automatically strengthens all Hisses, allowing them to regenerate health. The faster you destroy it, the better.
Go through the next door and go down the cave, killing enemies. In the big hall, you’ll find three coolant pumps. An orange cube should be installed into each of them. The first one is located at the entry, the second one is upstairs on the opposite side, while the third one is on the right edge of the hall. Kill all opponents, install cubes into the first two pumps and then try to install the third cube.
The panel is blocked by debris. Go into the opposite tunnel and see the blockage. Shoot the yellow outgrowths to eliminate it. In between shooting, hide behind any shelter to avoid the flow of poisonous liquid. Having moved the blockage for the first time, follow the tunnels to another place. You’ll have to find two more places with outgrowths and eliminate them.
After this, install the cube into the third panel and start the last pump. Kill ordinary opponents and pay attention to the appearance of a Hiss Agent. This enemy is using a powerful machine gun. Destroy his armor (the white scale) using telekinesis and then use the shotgun (Shatter). Hide behind a shelter when he shoots with his machine gun and attack when he is reloading his weapon. Do not forget that glowing cells that increase the supply of health points fall out every time you hit the target (not only after the kill).
Find a document on this floor and then go to the elevator and go upstairs. Go to the door that leads to energy converters and go to the elevator that is located on the right side from the door. Go to the second floor, to NSC Control Room. Kill enemies and clear the control point. After this, interact with the big panel to manually remove the insulation. Return to the Central Executive area (use fast travel) and talk to Emily Pope. The mission will be completed, and you’ll get 4 skill points.
Old Boys’ Club
Go to the elevator that is located in the maintenance center (next to the door to energy converters), go inside and head to the research sector. Move forward to see the heading Central Research. Go down the stairs and turn into the office on the right to find a document. There’s a note in the next office.
Go down the stairs and kill enemies. On the left, you’ll find a shelter with a case file and a container. At the very bottom, you’ll see a passage with red blocks. Eliminate all opponents and then destroy the outgrowths scattered in a circle to remove the red blocks and see the door to the Parapsychology Department. Open the door using key card level 3 that you have obtained from Pope.
You’ll hear Marshall’s pleas for help. Go left to enter the Parakinesiology Department. Clear the spacious hall from many opponents. Be careful as they are really dangerous. There’s a case file lying on the floor to the left from the stairs. Go through the door and activate the control point. If possible, unlock upgrades.
In the next room, you’ll find a note and a TV to get a video record. Go deeper into the Astral Exhibition and push the red button on the right side. Go forward and find yourself in a room with the astral dimension. You cannot destroy this creature, so you’ll have to trap it.
First, find two orange cubes and throw them at the panels to the side from the large gates. Then, press the remote control to the left from them and go inside a room with metal walls. Wait until the astral dimension follows you. Run from it through the narrow door on the side, follow along the corridor, open the door and get into the same room. You’ll be standing next to the remote control. Press it to lock the creature.
There’s a container in the corner. The passage is now open. Use it and talk to Marshall using the intercom. Go down to get intoParapsychology Dept. Clear this place from many enemies. Among them, you’ll face an armored opponent with a grenade launcher. If you have unlocked the appropriate ability, you’ll be able to throw the grenades he had launched. Having killed everyone, find a note downstairs and two notes upstairs. One of them activates a side task A Captive Audience. You’ll also find a container upstairs. Once you have eliminated all enemies, clear the control point.
Go down a bit and talk to Marshall using intercom near the elevator. Wait for the elevator, killing enemies, and go inside. Find a case file in one of the restrooms on the left side. Follow the corridor past Bureau employees and activate the control point. Enter the Luck & Probability lab and talk to Marshall. She will ask you to clear Dr. Darling’s HRA Lab.
Go through the door, go down and help rangers kill the enemies. When everyone disappears, try to capture the control point, but the head of the Parakinesiology Dept. Lewis will appear. Defeat him. Each time, his armor will be restored, so throw any object at him before shooting. Kill the remaining opponents and activate the control point.
On the side, you’ll find a passage to the Synchronicity Lab. Go there, climb the stairs on the right and find a note. On the side, you’ll see a passage to Mirror Testing, but you’ll need a key card level 6. Return to the Ritual Division and find a shelter with a note and a container. Go to Protective Studies.
In one of the rooms on the right side, you’ll find a container. In another one, the far room, you’ll get to a tape recorder with an audio record. On the right side, you’ll find a blocked door. Remove the boxes and enter the room. Jump over the pipes to find a container. Get out and come to the terminal on the wall. On the left side, among the boxes, you’ll see another container. Interact with the terminal. You’ll have to solve a puzzle.
How to solve the diamond puzzle
When you press ‘’left’’, ‘’right’’, ‘’up’’, ‘’down’’ arrows, the diamond in the center rotates. Even if you only press ‘’left’’ all the time, the diamond will still rotate. You must make sure that solid walls from one row are on the left and on the top, while the thin strip is located on the right side. The diamond must stop in the lower left corner. All this can be done by a simple assortment method.
Enter the room. This is the HRA Lab. In front, you’ll see a panel that activates the device. On the right side, there’s a stand with a note. Try to activate the device but you’ll fail at this task. Marshall will appear. The room has four terminals – 1, 2, 3, and 5. Also, four cards are located here. Collect them and then go to the side opening and go up to the room above to find terminal 4 and the fifth card.
Now you need to place the cards at the terminals. In the room above and the hall below, you’ll find boards. Images from the cards are arranged at these boards from left to right. You are interested in those images that are not crossed out. Pay attention to the arrows that point to the images that are not in their correct position. Do not forget to check the boards and place the cards. Serial numbers of the terminals are indicated on their sides. Once you are ready, start the device and talk to Marshall. This completes the task. You’ll get 4 skill points and key card level 4.
Marshall will open a shortcut to the Central Research. Do not hurry to leave this place. Go down the stairs and go up other stairs. Having killed the enemies, enter Darling’s office to find three notes and one document. Leave the office and go left to get to Dimensional Sciences. This path will lead you to the Ashtray Maze.
Go forward along the corridor and turn around. The room will change, and the corridor will be located on the right side. It’s hard to get lost here so just walk in the labyrinth until you find the sole container. Go back to Central Research and go down the stairs, lower and lower. Find stairs to the right from the passage that you have used before and go down. Open the shelter and search the container.
There’s a cafeteria on the side – you’ll find a document there. On the other side, you’ll see a note. Two toilets are located behind the wall. One of them has a container (in the cabin). Find the door to lab 1 and go down. Grab a note from the desk and open a container. Push the red button to get an audio record. You can go into the room to hear a famous song.
Head to the service area, to the entrance to the hall with energy converters. Go to the maintenance center where you have been during the mission A Good Defense. Turn into the passage on the right side and look for the passage to the Black Rock Processing. Unfortunately, there’s no bridge here.
Return and find the level 4 door on the right. Use the key card that you have obtained from Marshall to open it and go up. Stop the rotating turbines by pulling cubes from the cells on the side. At the very top, you’ll have to install the cubes in two cells to open the door. Go through this door and pull the switch in front of you. Do this three times and you’ll find yourself in the Oceanview motel.
Go past the reception desk and examine the first room on the left. You should remember the location of the items. Pull the switch so that the second room on the left side opens. Enter this room. The chair must be pulled, the picture should hang straight, the player should stand on the right side of the window, while the flower vase should be located on the left side of the stand. If everything is correct, the last room on the left will be opened, and you’ll find a key there. Open the door with the black pyramid and pull the switch thrice. A bridge to the Black Rock Processing will appear.
Cross the bridge and pick up a note. Go to the passage on the left to find a fifth-level door. Go up the stairs and jump through the hole in the floor. You’ll get into the office that is located on the other side of the locked door. Eliminate all opponents, helping rangers, and clear the control point.
Go to the second floor using the stairs on the left, turn to the right and find a container. Go back and open the shelter on the left. You’ll find a container there. Go to the room with Arish and listen to the tape recorder to get an audio record. Pick up a document from the desk and talk to Arish.
Move forward along the corridor. Turn to the left to find a case file, and then go to the hall and examine the box with broken prisms. You’ll face a new enemy that can become invisible. When he appears, he spits in the direction of the heroine. Be prepared to dodge instantly and then counterattack. Once you have defeated the enemy, open the door to lab 01. Pick up the note from the floor and then go to the desk in front where TV stands. You’ll get a new video record. Also, grab the clearance level 5 key card from the same desk.
Open the level 5 door on the right side and then use the elevator. Go forward along the bridge, killing enemies, and find a door to the Black Rock Quarry. Do not rush to go through this door. Instead, move further along the bridge. You’ll find a short path to the ventilation and you’ll also see a container. Go back and follow towards the quarry.
Open the level 5 door and activate the control point that is located on the left side. Go to the column in the center and kill all enemies. Go around it in a circle to find a container and a note. Follow the sign and move to the right along the corridor. On the left, you’ll find a door, but you can move through the blocks with fans to find a new case file. Open the level 5 door and move on. The elevator is broken, and there’s a shelter with a container on the right.
Go down at the elevator shaft, using various platforms and pipes. Kill enemies at the bottom and clear the control point. Go forward to get into the Black Rock Quarry. Eliminate the opponents and turn to the right. Along the way, you’ll find a document on the right side. Move along the top, jumping on the stones, as the anomaly wanders below. Turn to the left, to the bridges, and open the door to create a short path back. There, on the floor, you’ll find a document.
Descend to the quarry and install three blocks into the holes in the rock. Eliminate all opponents and then activate the explosives using the console in the center. Go to the explosion site and get the prism out of the split. Run away, to the lift which was previously inactive. Use the control point to quickly return to Central Executive. Talk to Marshall to complete the quest. You’ll get 3 skill points.
My Brother's Keeper
The task begins immediately after the previous one. You should go to the Containment Sector. Enter the elevator from Central Executive and descend to this sector. Go forward, then to the right – in the room on the right side, you will find a container. Turn to the offices on the left and examine a cabinet that stands by the right wall. There, you will find a note. Having killed the enemies, move forward through the office and go up the stairs. At the end of the second floor, you’ll find a container and a tape recorder with an audio record. Go back and look into the shelter with a container.
Use any of the two doors to go to the logistics dept., kill the enemies and clear the control point. You should go forward, but first you should move to the left. Open the level 5 door to find a container and a note. In the office between the stairs leading up, you’ll find a container. Go up the stairs, examine the nearest office and find a case file. Go along the top until you find a shelter door. Horowitz, a wounded soldier, will be sitting in the nearby. Talk to him and learn about his comrade. An additional quest A Matter of Time will begin. A container is located in the shelter.
Starting from the control point of the logistics dept, go up the map to enter the security service area. Go to the left as the checkpoint in front is blocked. You’ll find yourself in the medical wing of the building. Kill all enemies and search the nearest chambers to find two containers. Move further along the corridor and open a shelter with a container. Bars will be located in front – they cannot be opened due to outgrowths. Shoot at them and move forward.
There are two containers in two rooms. Kill the enemies and go to the other side to return to the security dept. A container is hidden under the stairs. Walk across the offices of the second floor to find a case file and three containers. Go down and examine the computers at the reception. You’ll find out that Dylan’s I6 cell is open. Go in the opposite direction, down the map, and push the button to open a passage to the security service through the checkpoint. Examine a container at the checkpoint and another container in the shelter on the side. Go to the orange opening and pull the cord thrice.
You’ll find yourself in the Oceanview motel. Ring the bell and examine the first room. Ring the bell for the second time and examine the second room. Ring the bell for the third time and go to the far room where you’ll have to turn a picture. Use the bell for the fourth time and grab the key from the nearby room. Open the door with a black pyramid.
Use the cord and move forward through the bridge. Enter the Panopticon and talk to Langston who stands on the left. Move through the gates and activate the control point. Move forward along the lower tier to find a container. There’ll be another container on the other side. Go to the right, get to the elevator and go to the fourth floor.
Having arrived upstairs, exit the elevator to the left to find a container in the corner. Go to the other side and stop by the second cell on the right. Talk to Phillip through the intercom. The side quest Fridge Duty will begin. Activate the nearby control point.
Move along the bridge, killing enemies and helping rangers. Follow through the passage in front until you get to the object of power – a TV. Following the cutscene, go up and you’ll soon meet Salvador. Fight against him. Kill ordinary opponents so that they do not cause problems. Throw any object at Salvador using telekinesis and shoot with your gun. Repeat until victory. After this, go to where he appeared. A container will be located on the left. On the right side, you’ll find a case file. Having grabbed them, interact with the TV.
You’ll get a new ability – levitation. You can now fly, and this will come in handy in the mission The Enemy Within. Go through this segment by moving between platforms until you get to the TV.
Go back and use levitation to get to the second floor. There, you’ll find an entrance to the archives. Go there. You’ll find a spatial anomaly. Kill the enemies. On the first floor, you’ll find a document and a container. Two containers are located on the second floor. On the third floor, there’s a note and a TV with a video tape.
Go down and find a door on the first floor. Go through it and open a shelter with a container. Descend lower and kill all explosible enemies, then search two containers.
Go to the fourth floor (use the elevator from the first floor) and climb to the fifth floor with the help of a platform and levitation. Go to cell I6 and go inside. Search the container and go to the console. Pope will contact you. Dylan is already in the Сentral Executive. The mission will be completed, and you’ll get 3 ability points.
The Face of the Enemy
That’s the next storyline mission. You can examine the place where Dylan’s cell was located. On the left, you’ll find a tape recorder with an audio tape. In the room with a console, a note is lying on the floor. Return to the Central Executive sector, to the board room with Emily. Talk to the woman.
Go upstairs and talk to Dylan who is located in one of the rooms (the doors are guarded). Head to the logistics dept. to start searching for the program that selects the Ideal Candidate. You have received clearance level 6 key card. Go to the security dept., go upstairs and find a level 6 door on the right side. Open it, go down and enter the guard’s booth on the left. Pick up a case to unlock the side quest Self-Reflection.
Move on and defeat all opponents. There’s a note in the corridor on the left. Jump down and go to the office where a container is located. Go upstairs and examine three rooms. In the closed cases room, you’ll find a TV with a video tape. In the P6 room, you’ll be able to watch a record and collect two notes.
Secret. Enter P7 room and get candidate’s clothes from the cabinet on the left.
Examine the photo board to learn that Bureau spied on Jesse. Pick up a case file and listen to the audio tape on the tape recorder. Go through the next room and open the door by pushing the red button. Climb the stairs and kill the enemies in the corridor. Find a document in the room on the right side. In the utility room on the left, you’ll find a container and a note. Another container is located in the room in the center. Go to the right and use the elevator to go down.
Eliminate all opponents and clear the control point. Turn around and go back. You can open the level 6 room on the left side. The gas is present in this room, but it is not dangerous to you if you have completed the task with mold. Examine two containers. Jump on the cars and look to the right. There’s a glass above. Shoot it and use levitation to get into the office. This is a secret place which contains two containers and a case file.
Kill the enemies, jump down and find a passage with a sign Bridge Operator on the right. Go upstairs and find yourself in the control room. Pick up a document, open the door on the right, and then activate the button on the console. Destroy the outgrowths on the walls so that the rotating platform does not stop.
Follow the only available route and kill the enemy. Find three cubes in the hangar and use telekinesis to place them in the panels on the walls. Use the elevator, kill all enemies and find a container and a note on the right side. Go down the steps and find another note in the room on the left. Press the red button to open the route further.
Listen to the tape recorder to get an audio record. Find a case file and a note in the room with a projector. Find other notes and clear the control point which is guarded by three enemies. Go through the door below and pick up a note from a panel in front. Activate the console on the right side.
Go through the layout of the city and kill the enemies. Go up the stairs on the left side. Listen to the audio record on the tape recorder and pick up a case file from the floor in the next room. Find a document in front of the entry to the junkyard. Clear the junkyard from the enemies. Find a note inside the destroyed car. You can go up the stairs to pick another case file. Go inside the mobile lab, search the container and look up the note on the computer. The mission will be completed, and you’ll get 3 ability points.
Go to Central Research, jump down and climb the stairs to Darling’s office. Go past it. Kill the enemies and move to another passage, to the Dimensional Sciences department. This path will lead you to the Ashtray Maze. Activate the control point on the right. You’ll see cleaner’s belongings. Do not try to go through the labyrinth since this is impossible. Instead, return to the janitor’s office which you have visited before. To do this, go to the ventilation.
In the utility room, interact with the picture and then follow Ahti’s visions. There’s only one way. Descend the bridges and enter the room. Grab a document and activate a control point.
Move through the door but be careful as there’ll be many enemies from the mold. Killing them, get to the other side and pull the cord thrice to get to Oceanview motel. Ring the bell at the reception two times and turn on three radios in the second room. Ring the bell one more time and turn on two radios in the far room. Ring the bell again. This time, you’ll be able to visit the nearest room. Pick up the key and open the utility room (the door at the reception).
Pull the cord at the picture three times to get to the Black Rock Quarry. Activate a control point and pick up a case file. Fly to the other side using tall columns and go down the shaft. Enter the cabin on the right and call the funicular. Kill enemies while the funicular rides to you. Start the funicular to get to the other side. There, pick up a document and go forward until you see Ahti. He will provide you with his player that will help you go through the Ashtray Maze. The mission will be completed, and you’ll get 3 skill points.
This is the last storyline quest. Return to the Ashtray Maze and go through it, killing enemies. The route will be completely different. In the end, you’ll have to jump from platform to platform, using levitation. Once you get out of the labyrinth, run forward along the bridge.
Move forward and pick up several documents. Activate the control point. Get upstairs, go to the wall in front, turn around and jump on the platform on the left, using levitation. Fly to the other side and go through the door. Move up and look at the record on the screen. Return a little lower and go down the lift on the left side. Use telekinesis to remove four fasteners at the large gates, and then go to the central object.
Kill enemies and deactivate antennas which release the red lights. Kill all enemies before you interact with each of the three antennas. After this, you should go up and continue destroying antennas. Proceed as before: start by killing everyone and then destroy the antenna. Make sure to capture enemies so that you have extra allies. Watch the cutscene.
