TGS 2019: Project Resistance Gameplay Video and Trailer

The developers have also shared new screenshots and details about the game

Following a recent teaser, Capcom has revealed gameplay footage of a new game in the Resident Evil series called Project Resistance. See the video below:

Project Resistance is an asynchronous multiplayer game where four survivors have to escape from the Umbrella facility while the fifth has to stop them. To do this, the Mastermind can, for instance, track the players with cameras, set up traps and monsters, lock doors and turn off the light.

Each of the survivors has a special ability, so they have to cooperate in order to survive and find a way out. This way, Tyron is a tank who reduces the damage the team takes, Valerie can heal teammates, Samuel uses melee, while January can hack electronic equipment.

The developers have also shared a few screenshots. Check them out below:

The devs will hold closed beta from October 4 to 7. Those interested can sign up on the official website from September 12 to 19.

Project Resistance will release for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC. The release date has not been announced yet.
