GreedFall System Requirements Revealed

You’ll have to own GeForce GTX 980 to play with comfort

French studio Spiders, known for RPG titles like The Technomancer and Bound by Flame, revealed official system requirements for their upcoming game GreedFall.

Even though there are two lists for both minimal and recommended system specifications, it’s unclear what you can expect with either of these setups. Seems like detailed and easy-to-understand system requirements (like what Borderlands 3 received recently) are still a rare sight.

That said, here’s what you’ll need to get a playable experience:

  • OS: Windows 7/8/10.
  • Processor: Intel Core i5-3450 or AMD FX-6300 X6.
  • Memory: 8 GB RAM.
  • Graphics card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660 or AMD Radeon HD 7870 (with 2 GB of VRAM).
  • HDD: 25 GB.

To play on high settings, upgrade these parts:

  • Processor: Intel Core i5-4690 or AMD FX-8300.
  • Memory: 16 GB RAM.
  • Graphics card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 980 or AMD Radeon RX 590 (with 4 GB of VRAM).

One other great thing to know is that GreedFall won’t use Denuvo security technology, which should also boost the game’s performance a bit.

GreedFall will release on PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One on September 10.
