QA Lead Łukasz Babiel from CD Projekt RED tweeted about a new vacancy in the studio. The developers are looking for a skilled gamer to play their upcoming Cyberpunk 2077 in front of an audience.

The luckiest applicant will sign a contract with the Polish company to showcase Cyberpunk 2077 during various promotional events. The job listing specifically mentions that the player will be using only a gamepad for the demo playthroughs.

Qualifications for the job include an ability to communicate in English, availability to frequently travel all around the world, and stress resistance (since you’ll be at the center of people’s attention.

Pros of this offer are pretty obvious: you’ll get to play Cyberpunk 2077 earlier than everyone else, travel a lot, and will also get paid.

Looks like CD Projekt RED wants to avoid any awkwardness with their upcoming demos, which may happen if you hire actors to act as gamers or release preview gameplay recorded by someone who has no clue how the game functions.
