Grid 2 Is No Longer Available for Digital Purchasing

A racing game Grid 2 was removed from all digital stores — you can no longer buy the title on PC, PlayStation 3 or Xbox 360.
It’s not the first time something like that happens to the company’s games. Back in 2016, Race Driver: Grid, F1 2013 and Dirt 3 were also removed from the stores. As is usually the case with these delisted games, everyone who owns Grid 2 will still be able to download it and play.
Publishers usually pull the plug of old titles with an expired license on certain content, for example, music. Previously, that happened with Alan Wake — Remedy had to pull the game from stores for more than a year before they managed to regain licenses thanks to Microsoft.
In May 2019, Codemasters announced a Grid reboot that’s currently scheduled for October 11 release on PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
