Former PlayStation Exclusive Journey Makes Surprising iOS Debut

The mobile version of the game is already available for $4.99

The critically-acclaimed adventure game Journey unexpectedly appeared on the App Store. It already took one of the top spots in the store’s Family category.

Being originally released only on PlayStation 3 in 2012, the game was later rereleased on PlayStation 4. A few years later it was ported on PC as an Epic Games Store exclusive, and now this touching silent story is finally available on mobile.

The game supports iPhones and iPads running iOS 12.2 and higher. On App Store, it’s a one-time purchase for $4.99. In comparison, Journey still costs $15.99 on EGS.

Previously, the game’s developer thatgamecompany released their another game Sky on all mobile platforms. Keeping this in mind, it’s likely that Journey will soon make its way to Android.
